Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can stalk your package responsibly.
During major launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended — but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Area
It’s NaHara, Inc. currently ships within the United States only — including all states and U.S. territories.
International shipping is not available at this time, but trust us… it’s on our vision board.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. It’s NaHara, Inc. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
Damaged Orders
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
